3rd ''Adults Forbidden'' International Festival

The 3rd edirion of ''Adults Forbidden'' International Performing Arts Festival will be held from 6 to 10 October 2014 in Smolyan and the region, Bulgaria. 12 theatre, dance and street shows for kids and young people from 4 countries will be held with over 35 performances in Smolyan, Chepelare, Dospat, Borino, Zlatograd, Madan, Bostina, Smilyan, Srednogortzi. Among participating companies are De Stilte (The Netherlands), Tempo Theatre (Turkey), Simone Romano (Italy), Capital City Puppet Theatre Sofia, State Puppet Theatre Stara Zagora, Ariel Theatre, Hand Theatre, Mila Theatre, Rhodopean Drama Theatre Smolyan, Yulia Ognyanova Theatre School, Pro Rodopi Art Centre. The opening is on 6 October, Monday, at 17 h in front of Smolyan Theatre with the open-air production by Simone Romano from Italy ‘Hop-Hop’. Tickets are 3 BGN for kids and 6 BGN for adults, sales at the box office desk of Smolyan Theatre from 16 to 18 h, and before the shows at other festival places.

The festival has been organized by Pro Rodopi Foundation and Smolyan Minicipality with the support by America for Bulgaria Foundation, Art in Movement Programme, Art Office Foundation, National Culture Fund of Republic of Bulgaria, Dutch Fund for Performing Arts, Dikas Spa Hotel Smolyan, Konaka Rest House. Partners are Smolyan Theatre, Hristo Botev-1871 Community Centre, Kiril Madzharov-1866 Community Centre, Smolyan Region Governor, Borino Municipality, Chepelare Municipality, Dospat Municipality, Zlatograd Municipality, Mayor of Bostina, Mayor of Smilyan, Mayor of Srednogortzi. Media partners are Hristo Botev Programme by Bulgarian National Radio and Radio1 Smolyan.
