'Garbage for Plums' at 'Ishara Puppets' Festival in India

From 7 to 16 April 2013 one of the most famous shows for kids and parents by Pro Rodopi Art Centre - 'Garbage for Plums' will participate at the 11th International 'Ishara Puppets' Festival in India.

The production by Petar Todorov and Desislava Mincheva will have 3 official shows in New Dehli, Gurgaon and Chandigarh as follows:
-9th April 2013 at Epicentre, Gurgaon
-12th April 2013 at Amphitheatre, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi
-15th April 2013 at Tagore Theatre, Chandigarh

Some shows in schools will be held as well.

The festival is organized by the current President of World UNIMA Dadi Pudumjee.

So far the production has been presented with over 90 performances in Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Germany, Turkey, Serbia, Israel, Spain.

‘Garbage for Plums’ has been created as part of ‘Thalassa of Myths’ project with the financial support of Culture programme of Education and Culture GD of the European Union. ‘Thalassa of Myths’ is a project by Centre of Higher Education in Theatre Studies (Greece), Teatro Inverso (Italy), Centrul European de Educatie si Cultura “Artemis” (Romania) and Pro Rodopi Foundation (Bulgaria).

The production has been supported by Die Kulturabteilung der Stadt Wien MA7.
