''ADULTS FORBBIDEN'' 12TH INTERNATIONAL PERFORMING ARTS FESTIVAL FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH AUDIENCES SMOLYAN, 2-5 OCTOBER 2023

The festival in the city and municipality of Smolyan has been organized by Pro Rodopi Foundation in co-operation with Smolyan Minicipality.

The programme in Smolyan region has been held under the patronage of Regional Governer and has been organized with the participation by Banite Municipality, Chepelare Municipality, Devin Municipality, Madan Municipality, Nedelino Municipality.

The festival has been supported by Ministry of Culture. Main partner for the connection to schools and kindergartens in the city and region is The Regional Administration of Education Smolyan. Media partner is Kuklart magazine.
