14TH INTERNATIONAL PERFORMING ARTS FESTIVAL FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH AUDIENCES

The festival in the city and municipality of Smolyan has been organized by Pro Rodopi Foundation in co-operation with Smolyan Minicipality in the period 29.09.-3.10.2025.

The programme in Smolyan region has been held under the patronage of Regional Governer
and has been organized with the participation by Banite Municipality, Chepelare Municipality, Devin Municipality, Madan Municipality in the same period.

The festival has been financially supported by Ministry of Culture. Main partner for the connection to schools and kindergartens in the city and region is The Regional Administration of Education Smolyan. Media partner is Kuklart magazine.

The visit of foreign participants takes place in the period October 2025 – March 2026 and is financed under the project “European performances for children from the Rhodope Mountains” under Contract No. BG-RRP-11.016-0037-C01 under procedure: BG-RRP-11.016: “Grant Scheme “Presentation of contemporary European productions from the CTI sector to the Bulgarian audience” through the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan.
